In order to improve production efficiency, MEAN WELL optimized the A301 / A302-300-Fx (x = 3,4,5,6) series via adjusting the assembly method and changing the position of the DC input terminal block from the bottom to the upper position (shown as below). There will be an inventory transition period between the new and the old version.
The following standard product series are changed to the new version after the production dated 2019/07. MEAN WELL will fully absorb the costs incurred from this upgrade and will not increase the product price.
